Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page,

Around May of 2024 my Auntie was diagnosed with Stage 4 Terminal Bowel Cancer,

I’ve seen how quickly this disease can take hold of someone and tear apart their life shortly after the diagnosis she was told it had already spread to her liver and lungs to which she was also told she could face rounds of chemo and radiotherapy, but to no prevale as the cancer was to aggressive and was only making her sicker. At 12.35am on the 15th December 2024 she sadly grew her wings surrounded by her family, no longer in pain nor suffering and now safe in the arms of the lord so I am taking part in the Kiltwalks Mighty Stride (aproxx 22.7miles) to help raise money for bowel disease uk so they can keep doing the excellent work to find new treatments and hopefully someday a cure for this disease so that no other family has to go through what we did and to keep her fight alive.

So please donate anything you can as anything helps,

Thank you.
