Story
I am Louise Eames, (nee Pearce)
Living with a terminal illness is very tough and it has to be seen as a challenge
A “Special Day” out allows you to believe in YOURSELF – you are still normal and you can still do things…. I am now continuously fighting to live;
I have completed a Fun Run in March 07, the Womens Hydro challenge in September and I am now determined to complete The London Marathon 2008 - To those that know me – I wasn’t really into sport let alone running!!!
Willow Foundation gave me the focus to LIVE.
Please sponsor me and let them provide more Special Days allowing the recipient, family and friends to focus on living and enjoying life – not dying
My Special Day:
In August 2006 I was a recipient of a Willow Foundation Special Day out for terminally ill young adults. My FANTASTIC “special day” with my 9 year old son started with a chauffeur driven limousine picking us up and being taken to The Emirates Stadium. Courtesy of “UK Platforms” my son and I were showered with gifts, excellent food, drink and amazing hospitality, whilst watching the Arsenal/ Zagreb game here at the Emirates in a private BOX (Result 2-1). The day was rounded off with the chauffeur driven limousine home.
I cannot express into words how grateful I am to Willow Foundation for the experiences, support and encouragement they have brought to me, my family and friends –
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Willow Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Please sponsor me now and please let them provide more Special Days and give another person a chance to LIVE LIFE!
Many many thanks
