MY STORY
I have been lucky enough, so far, not to have been directly affected by this terrible disease, however I have seen the pain it causes when your loved one are affected and my heart goes out to anyone who has had to deal with this.

As many of you may well know running or exercise of any description has never been at the forefront of my thoughts or skills, so maybe it is time for a change for the benefit of others.

I will be running in memory of all those who have been affected and will put my heart and soul in to it to prove that if I can do this anyone can!
