Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. We had a great day in London yesterday and I finished the Marathon rather slower than I had hoped (5.14) but am so glad I managed to get round after falling over at four miles and finding it  warmer than anticipated.

Have thoroughly enjoyed the race - lots of great support from everyone around the course, and lots of jelly babies and sweets being handed out on route. I am now enjoying the contents of the goody bag (more jelly babies, Mars bar, nuts, crisps, drinks etc) with my feet up and still wearing my dressing gown!

A huge thank you to everyone who has so generously sponsored me . It is not too late to make a contribution if you would like to do so. The justgiving page stays up for three more weeks. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Autistic Society South Kent Branch gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
All funds raised from Justgiving will go to help support families caring for children with autism in Folkestone, Hythe and Romney Marsh via the South Kent Branch of the NAS, of which I am the Branch Officer.
So please sponsor me now!
