Hey Guys,

 

For some ridiculous reason myself and Tara are running the Great North Run on the 19th September!!!

We are both running for great causes me; The Alzheimers Society and Tara; Marie Curie Cancer!

I feel that seeing as we have got to run 13 long long long miles the least you can do is to donate as much or as little as you can!

All support will be much appreciated- the run can go one of two ways hopefully it will be the positive way!
