Well it's that time of year again. As many of you will know, last year i tore and stretched ligaments in my knee so i couldn't compete. But now i've got the all clearance to get back in the ring and fight, it's on like Donkey Kong!

Fetsivities over, this isn't about me, it's about the millions of people across the world effected by cancer. It's more than likely all of us have either been strucken down by this awful illness ourselves or know someone who has.

Every TWO minutes someone in the UK is diagnosed with cancer. That's the enormity of the illness. So this is your chance to raise money and awareness amongst everyone. You don't even have to get punched in the face, all you have to do is donate...and watch me get punched in the face :/

I know its nearly xmas, but instead of buying me a pint or anything over the holidays, donate that. EVERY single donation counts. We have until March and i know the target score is ambitious, but f*ck it, what's a challenge without an ambitious target...
