This is our first every half marathon so it will be a real challenge for us both.  I (Laura) started training in april and as you may know i hate exercise. Johns still finding excuses to put off the starting of his training but now it's offical so he has to start soon.  However, we'r both extremely determined to complete this run to raise as much money for this worthwhile cause. It costs £3,000 to send a child on this trip of a lifetime, our target is to raise enough to cover half the cost of a child, but we would really like to raise enough to be able to cover the full cost so please give as much as you can.

Dreamflight is a charity which is so worthwhile. Each year 192 kids are taken on the trip of a lifetime to Orlando, Florida. For some this may be their only holiday.  While other charities are working hard to find cures for many of the illness faced by these kids, Dreamflight belives that a holiday where they can be just kids again is also importiant. We were both privilged enough to volunteer on the trip last year and will be visiting florida with the children in october this year.
