We want to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support because they provide such great support to those affected by cancer.

We lost Auntie Lil in 2013 after a very brave battle against pancreatic cancer. The support she received from Macmillan was amazing and a huge help at a very difficult time.

Auntie Lil was 85 but loved a good party so we have organised 'Killy Rocks' in her honour. This is the third year we have done this event and it is a great day to have fun, raise money and enjoy some great music!! We have raised nearly £4000 through the last two events which is a fantastic achievement and we hope to raise another £2000 this year!!

 This year's event is taking place at Killingworth Club on Sunday 1st May (Bank Holiday Weekend) from 1:30pm until 11pm.

Tickets are £5 and all proceeds go to Macmillan Cancer Support

The event will feature six acts who have generously donated their time to play: Media Junkies, The Gatecrashers, Gladstone, Tommy and the Oddballs, Rob Turnbull and King for a Day.
