Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We couldn't decide which children's charity to raise money for initially but then decided on Little Havens as they are based in Essex and have a huge impact on the families they care for.

Little Havens looks after children who are less fortunate than us and who are very sick.

Little Havens looks after children and their families helping them to spend precious time together in a safe enviroment where the doctors and nurses are close-by if needed.

We planned to cycle about 40km on the Sunday, 8th November 2009 but in fact completed 55km (with our daddies in tow).

We were very lucky with the weather, it was dry with no wind. Apart from the a puncture and losing our dads for a brief moment, we had a memorable if not exhausting day. But it was for a worthy cause and we are pleased we did it.
