Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving Page!

This year, four members from our family (Victoria, Becca, Ben and Coco) will participate in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk 2024 to fundraise for The Yard Edinburgh. We’ll take the Big stroll of 11 miles from Musselburgh to Murrayfield on 15 September. The Yard provides a safe and joyful space for disabled children to play and have fun, offering invaluable support to families like ours. Our oldest daughter, Victoria, who is nonverbal and autistic, has greatly benefited from the wonderful services and care at The Yard. Their dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive environment has made a significant difference in her life. By walking in the Kiltwalk, we hope to give back to this incredible organization and help other children and families experience the same help and support. Just one day before Becca’s 13 yrs birthday, taking part in the Kiltwalk is also one of her buck list before she’s officially turns to a teenager!

Many thanks!
