Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the JustGiving page for Keith Swift.

Keith passed away at his home on Monday 28 March, surrounded by love and his family.

Keith had been in the care of Bournemouth Hospital to tackle the lastest challenge with his heart condition, but he rallied after several weeks to return home where he wanted to be.  Sadly, he declined very quickly afterwards.

We would like to acknowledge the help and care of the Lymington District and Community Nurses over the last days of Keith's life, particualrly a district nurse called Gemma who went above and beyond the call of duty to help us during Dad's last weekend.

We would like to encourage donations and giving to The Queen's Nursing Institute (QNI) who support the vital work of district and community nurses who ensure people receive high-quality care where and when they need it.  They also help working and retired nurses when they are in financial need.

Thanks to all who have been in touch with support and their touching and incredible stories of Keith Swift and his life.

Love Kathryn, Nick and Will.
