We're running 10km for a small but really rather amazing charity.

The Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is a registered charity offering specialist and supportive care and advice for patients with terminal illnesses in their homes. They give people the opportunity to receive end of life care at home, with their families and creature comforts around them, and do so in the most remarkably kind, caring and unobtrusive way.

Having seen first hand the charity's compassion and consideration in my lovely Grandma's final days, Nick and I are going to do our best to hobble/stumble/run 10km of London's streets in under 45 mins, to raise a wee bit of money and awareness for this wonderful charity. 

It costs Iain Rennie £150 a day to provide their care. They receive little in the way of PCT handouts, but they provide their service to 1,000 families every year across the Chilterns.
