Fundraising for The Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (CAFOD)

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Today I completed my 4th Great South Run in a personal best time of 1hour 54 mins.
I was running to raise funds for CAFOD. Many of you have been very generous in previous years and the money you have given has helped people in Haiti trying to regain their livelihoods following the earthquake as well as many other CAFOD projects.
CAFOD has begun relief work in Pakistan following the recent floods. At least 1,600 people are believed to have been killed and entire villages have been swept away.
20 million people have been affected and 6 million are in urgent need of food aid, according to the UN. Around £299m is required for immediate needs.
Please give what you can to allow this vital work to continue so that people can start to rebuild their lives.
