Many of you will be aware of my past exploits in aid of Severn Hospice whether that be simply taking photos at events or running 13 miles to raise a bit of cash ...

I was asked to go and talk with Jim Hawkins on BBC Radio Shropshire about some of the stuff I've done and things that are happening in Severn Hospice's events calender over the coming 12 months and somehow managed to volunteer to throw myself off a building all in the name of a good cause.

... Despite my love of rollercoasters I'm petrified of heights and the thought of doing a zip wire from The Cold War Museum at Cosford fills me with dread and so here's where you come in ...
