We work across Scotland to improve the lives of children

Story

Last year I walked 30 hills in a week. This year I am coming together with colleagues and friends of Children in Scotland to do the loooooong Dundee Kiltwalk. I do a lot of walking, but 21.9 miles is still a bit of a distance for my wee legs.

Children in Scotland is a great organisation. It is working to make Scotland a better place for all our Children and Young people. We bring together our members, a wider network and children and young people to work together in different ways to make the changes that are needed. There is a lot today. Scotland should not be a place where one in four of our children are still living in poverty.

Like many organisations, things are getting tough just as there is more work to be done. And so we have decided to come together to raise much needed funds for our work.

So, come join the party. If you would like to walk with us, please get in touch with thope@childreninscotland.org.uk; and if you have a little bit of money to spare, then that would be amazing. Every small donation means a whole heap.

Children in Scotland is a charity working to improve children and young people’s lives across the country. We want to help build a Scotland where every child can flourish.
