NHP supports young people leaving care with white goods to ease the financial burden as they move into their first home. Staff, young people and partners will be walking 5, 11 or 21 miles to help fund the purchase of white goods.

Story

I am walking over 20 miles to raise money for care experienced young people. NHP, the charity I work for, supports care experienced young people into their own homes. When moving in, NHP provides a white good (fridge, washing machine or oven) to help each young person get started. So far we have helped over 450 young people move into their own home, and we aim to help many more in the years to come. Your sponsorship will make a huge difference to a young person as they set up home for the first time.
