Story
Inspired by my daughter Hannah's enjoyment of the sport and my love of all things watery (especially if they involve exercising in the fresh air), I, along with several other parents, have learnt to row in order to take part in the combined Lady Eleanor Holles & Hampton Schools' 2015 River Row. On the 19th & 20th September (i.e. next weekend!) we'll be rowing 80 miles from Radley School boathouse (near Oxford) home to the Milennium boathouse in Hampton....all on about six weeks of training...and a lot of cake!
All the aches, pains and blisters will be worthwhile as Shooting Star Chase (http://www.shootingstarchase.org.uk/) is such a fantastic beneficiary, so please help with a donation if you are able.
