It's that time of year again when I punish myself around the streets of London in order to run just over 13 miles all in the name of fun.

It's slightly crazy I know but at least I intend to do it for a fantastic cause and I would love it if you were able to help me raise money for MacMillan, whose work will, at some time or another, unfortunately be invaluable to someone we know if it hasn't already.
