5 years ago back in 2007 my grandad passed away to the Disease Alzheimers, in his youth he was a keen sportsman and had a very postive mind and attitude,

In memory of him and to raise money for the Alzheimer's society, i've always had in the back of my mind of running the London marathon since he passed and i feel that now i'm ready physically and mentally, please sponser me to help me reach the target of £2000 which the Alzheimer's society has set me as a minimum, as quickly as possible so i can concentrate more on the run itself, thank you, he may have gone but his flame burns on, all the best John Llewellyn.
