Amazing Grace is the best way I can describe my beautiful mam, that's why a few years ago when we were told she had this horrible disease, as a family we were, and still are devastated. The Alzheimer's society have been a great support especially to my dad. Hopefully by doing the memory walk we can give a little something back. We would be very grateful for anything you can give to help research and one day hopefully find a cure for this devastating illness. My mam is such a special lady, who has touched so many lives in so many different ways. Thank you.
