I am taking part in Dry January from the 2nd of January  until the 31st January 2017, raising money for the Great North Air Ambulance.

Dry January involves not drinking any alcohol for the first month of 2017 and since you all know how much I love to drink, it's going to be a challenge.

I'm starting from the 2nd as most people who start on the 1st of the month tend not to keep to it.
