Plymouth Half Marathon & Mini Luker Fun Run · 29 May 2011 ·

We provide specialist end of life care to patients in our local community

Story

Bev was recently invited to a ball for St Lukes Hospice in memory of her neighbour Ann who died in St Lukes Plymouth. It reminded her of her lovely friend Brenda who was cared for wonderfully by St Lukes in Torquay. Bev's last memory of her is being cheerful with a Gin and Tonic sitting up in bed and laughing with her family.. That was three years ago on the 27th of April.  Brenda died on the 28th.

We want to remember Brenda and Ann and ensure they are not forgotten and that St Lukes continues to hand out the Gin and Tonics!

Jenny has agreed to run the Plymouth half Marathon on the 29th May in her memory and for St Lukes Hospice. Any sponsorship or donations would be really welcome but .....if you do not want to no pressure just give a smile instead.
