Story

This half marathon is a tribute to my brother, Adam ‘AJ’ Hart, who we lost 24th November 2021 to his battle with mental health. A beloved son, big brother, nephew, yacht captain and a friend to so many. Full of life, kind, and endlessly funny, he will always be remembered for the love and laughter he brought into our lives.

It’s hard to believe that someone with his spirit, confidence, and support could feel so alone. I only hope he’s now flying as high as we always knew he could.

I am running in AJ’s honor to support Dorset Mind, a charity that helps people struggling with their mental health find the support they need. Every donation, big or small, will make a difference.

Thank you for being part of this journey and for keeping his memory alive. Xxx
