For those of you who know me, you'll appreciate the enormity of this challenge. Having battled through knee injuries and true calamity Jones style!! This shall be a challenge for the body as much as the mind.

Africa has always been a place I love and admire, the people and wildlife. Fields of life is a charity delivering life changing projects in East Africa. I like their philosophy of helping others to help themselves. Some of their many projects involve  bringing fresh drinking water and education to the people living in the most remote parts of Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Congo and Kenya. 

I truly believe that with your support and my determination we can help make a real difference.
