In 2025 Woodcraft Folk will be celebrating our centenary – 100 years of being a youth organisation and bringing brilliant experiences to young people through activities, crafts, discussions, social action and camping!

As part of our celebrations we will be hosting an international camp 27 July – 6 August 2025 at Kelmarsh Hall, Northampton. We will welcome friends from Woodcraft Folk groups across the UK as well as our international friends across the IFM-SEI network. All funds raised will allow young people and volunteers to participate in such an amazing event.

At Woodcraft Folk we believe passionately in equality and co-operation: everyone is welcome to join our groups. Our aim is to have great fun, but also to try to develop children’s self-confidence and build their awareness of society around them.

Through our activities, outings and camps we help our members to understand important issues like the environment, world debt and global conflict, to develop activities focused on sustainable development, and to encourage children to think, hoping that they will help build a peaceful, fairer world.
