Over the next year our aim is to raise £47,500 to buy a High Frequency Oscillator Ventilator
Most patients are able to tolerate the normal life support but the oscillator can be used on the patients with the most severely damaged lungs which cannot tolerate the pressures generated by conventional machines.

A recipe book for a cause:
The ITU have produced a recipe book which contains family recipes donated by the ITU staff and their families from all corners of the world. The recipe books can be purchased from the ITU critical care office for £4. If you would like to purchase a copy of the recipe book, please contact the Critical Care Office tel: 01279 827904.
