The Inter-Cooperative Council (ICC) is a 600 member student housing co-op located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with a network of sixteen houses on both U of M's central and north campuses.. First established in 1932, the ICC continues to provide affordable housing for those interested in diverse, active, and democratic communities.
