Building work has progressed well. Structural, Strengthening work, Roofs, Basement Underpinning, Drainage all are complete!, Alhamdulillah.

Next phase is to do the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works which will cost £300,000. We have made part payments for that and need another £180,000 for M&E works within 6 weeks. We can make the next payment and after that we will have no funds left to continue work.

We spent many years in planning, now we need to raise money for the building works!
