Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’m writing this to ask for your help with a cause that’s really close to my heart. You see, back in 2009, I lost one of my best friends to diabetic complications. And last year, I was diagnosed with diabetes myself. These experiences have made me realize just how important it is to raise awareness and funding for organizations like Diabetes UK. Every donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference.

I’ve done the Kiltwalk before, but this time, I’m doing it with a purpose. I want to raise as much money as possible for this incredible cause. I’d be so grateful if you could support me in any way you can!

For over 85 years, Diabetes UK has been at the forefront of diabetes research. Their research has been instrumental in some of the biggest advancements in diabetes care and treatment since the discovery of insulin.
