How was the fund setup

The fund was set up by the Howard-Yam, family who are from North London. Both of their children are very good athletes and they see the benefits of excelling in sport. They also recognize that being a high achiever in sport, can open up other opportunities, such as scholarships to Universities or employment options that can change the lives of young people.

The values that the family hold dear to them are, drive, work ethic, desire and integrity; it is these ideas that epitomize the fund and what it tries to instill into the players.
