I am 14 and making it my goal to raise money for Unicef to support the growing crisis in Yemen. Yemen is a war-torn country facing a humanitarian crisis. By the time you have finished reading this, one child will have died.*

This summer I will be 'Hooping to Help' and doing cake sales, hooping wherever I can, and fundraising at every opportunity. With your support and donations we can provide the children of Yemen with basic medical facilities and food packages. So far, Unicef have provided 5 million people with clean water, 5 million children have been vaccinated against polio and 237,000 children have been treated for severe malnutrition.

Just £13 provides 100 children with a polio vaccination, and £58 provides an emergency water and hygiene kit for two families to give them clean water and help protect them from cholera.  More help is urgently needed.
