Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On 22nd October 2011 Helen, Lynsey and Sarah (all of Forster Dean Runcorn) will attempt the British Military Fitness 'Major Series'. This is a 10k with a difference. We will battle through mud/ water/ smoke and copious amounts of netting to make it round the course without crying! Please have a look for yourselves at www.majorseries.com.

We are subjecting ourselves to this muddy 'delight' in order to raise money for Halton Haven Hospice, a fabulous resource providing free of charge end of life care, symptom management and support to people in the Halton area with life limiting illnesses. We would therefore urge you to help us to support this great charity.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
