About Friends of Heavitree Health Centre
We are a charity who support the patients of The Heavitree and South Lawn GP practices in Exeter. Unfortunately, funding is dwindling but our patients still need their support. We provide transport to hospital and doctors appointments, support carers and organise lunches and outings.
