I've been talking for years about running a marathon - but talk is cheap, so it's time to start running.  So I've bought some new trainers and prepared (a little) for 13 miles around the more-than-a-little hilly streets of Hastings.  Anything to get some peace and quiet from the twins...

I'm also hoping to raise some money for St. Michael's Hospice in Hastings.  This is a fantastic facility that provided superb care for my father in his final days.  I hope that you will be able to make a donation to enable others to benefit.
