Inspired by a close family friend, Carol Hayden, I have decided to enroll in Race for Life to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Carol has been through a lot and has worked hard at fighting the battle against cancer. Although she has now been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer, she is still so strong and lives everyday to its fullest. I want to show my support to not only Carol but to Cancer Research UK for playing a big part in the fight against cancer.
