About Harlech Institute, Coleg Harlech Community Library appeal
Harlech Old Library and Institute is a charity which owns and manages a building in Harlech High Street. The building was opened in 1908 and has served the community ever since. We are now creating an accessible Community Reference Library with books rescued from Coleg Harlech.
