Thank you for taking the time to visit Hamish's 100 Miles for Musically Active Dudes JustGiving page.

Hamish will be walking/cycling 100 miles in six weeks for Musically Active Dudes (MUSAC). He has been part of their classes for nine years. MUSAC have provided music and dance classes for disabled adults in West Lothian since 2008. Currently, three classes are online free of charge to participants.

The classes are an opportunity to improve fitness, socialise and have fun. Participants gain skills and confidence while meeting friends. MUSAC enables those in the disabled community and their support workers/carers to be part of meaningful activities every week. 

Having the chance to socialise, have fun together and keep learning is more important right now than ever before.
