halow is a charity very close to my heart as my sister Lola benefits a huge amount from the amazing work they do. If you want to understand more about halow and how it helps here is a short video I created with Lola. 

Right now I'm walking 50km over the next 2 weeks for #Byebyeblues, all in aid to getting out and moving to help say goodbye to those Blue Mondays.
