About Growing Well
Growing Well is a mental health charity supporting individuals across Cumbria. We support recovery via practical, meaningful activity on one of our three farms at Low Sizergh, near Kendal, Tebay and Egremont in West Cumbria.
We work with individuals one day a week for up to a year.
