Story
I’d really like it if people donated a few quid to BMDR (and if I hit £500** I'll shave* my whole darn head). Romania has a huge stray dog problem that the government is tackling by catching strays and putting them down, and small charities like Barking Mad work tirelessly to heal and home these dogs. If you can afford to donate even a little bit then I know Hillary and the team would really appreciate it as they're struggling a lot. I understand that stray dogs might not be the most pressing issue at the moment, but pandemic or not the mutts need meals x

We are Barking Mad Dog Rescue. We are a charity working with a hands on team in Romania, running our own shelter for 350 rescued dogs in Constanta, 135 dogs in we found in a private home and more than 100 dogs in a privately owned shelter in Calarasi. In our shelters, abandoned and neglected dogs find safe haven from some of the most unimaginable abuse. We also buy food monthly for two other private shelters. This is alongside a dedicated UK team of volunteers who facilitate adoptions. Our dogs need your help for this vital, life saving work to continue. Thank you
