Whether you’ve jeered me or cheered me I am sure you would like to show support for me when running the Flora London Marathon on 13 April 2008.

A top level referee covers approximately 13km in a Premiership game and runs non-stop for only 4 minutes maximum in training. It will therefore take a lot of adapting of my fitness in order to complete the Marathon let alone do it in under 4 hours.

All proceeds will be given to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home so what better way to support a really worthy cause and make sure that "The Thing From Tring" has to endure over 26 miles of endurance running.
