Story

Hi everyone,

This year, I've decided to take on a challenge the Kiltwalk! I’ll be donning my tartan and setting off on this incredible adventure to raise as much money as I can for *The Marie Trust*, a charity that works tirelessly to support vulnerable people experiencing homelessness, poverty, and social exclusion. Their work helps so many individuals rebuild their lives, and I’m proud to be walking in support of their mission.

For me, this journey is more than just the miles on the day. Over the 3 months, I’ve been on my own personal transformation—joining Slimming World and taking steps toward a healthier, more active lifestyle. I've worked hard to shed weight, feel stronger, and get moving in ways I never thought I could. Climbing hills, embracing outdoor activities, and now taking on the Kiltwalk are milestones that remind me how far I’ve come.

This walk feels like the perfect way to celebrate that journey while giving back to others. It’s not just about the physical steps I’m taking but also about the support we can provide together. Every donation, big or small, will make a huge difference to those who need it most.

Thank you in advance for any support you can give—whether that’s through a donation or simply sharing my fundraising page with your friends and family. Together, we can make a meaningful impact.
