Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I plan to cycle with a hardy band of  fellow mid life crisis sufferers from Mizen Head, County Cork to Malin Head, County Donegal.

The "jaunt" is about 410 miles long, more though if they use Pathfinder MacKenzie as map reader!

For those who are geographically embarrassed, it is from the Southern most tip of Ireland to the Northern most tip. For those in the know though it is surprisingly  also from the Southern most tip of Ireland to the Northern most tip!

We plan to do the journey over 5 days, with day 3 the longest at 110 miles.

God willing, sudo cream permitting we aim to finish in County Donegal on Wednesday 17th of June.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: First Presbyterian Church Saintfield gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now!

About the charity

Our church reaches out at home and abroad to spread the Gospel message. We are raising funds to help build classrooms for a specific school in Kenya that is close to our hearts. The school is vastly overcrowded and the much needed classrooms will help provide the children with room to grow in.
