I'm running the Bristol Half Marathon on September 11th and raising money for Mind in memory of Sue Bailey (aka Biddy the Bead)

Sue was a digital friend - although we did also spend a little time together in 'real life'. Our cats discussed the relative merits of la souris de Bretagne versus the common Gloucestershire house mouse. We emailed silliness, beady discussions & preferences for cheese over cake.

Sue had a sharp intellect, but was never smug or elitist. She was anti - establishment; witty & kind; funny & surprising; erratic & original.

 

 A most incisive wordsmith. She would have edited this  tribute to eight words. Max.

 

I adored the fact (and she did too!)  that she was quoted in 'The Guardian' using some heavy duty expletives. I would quote them here, but my Dad might see them.

 

I will miss her. I made huge & incorrect presumptions about her thereness.
