After the success of my 10K walk in September I have now elected (some would say foolishly) to do a 10K run on Sunday 17th October for Cancer Research.  Yes I will be actually running - something I haven't done since I was about 15!!!

People were so generous in their donations to the Marie Curie walk that anything I raise for this run is a bonus so please, if you can, donate a little to help this worthy cause.
