Hospice's need money in order to keep on helping and supporting people. The work these places do; the comfort they bring... You can't put a price on that feeling. 

Since losing Mum I've been able to understand , because comfort when you're near the end makes a difference to the patient and the loved ones.

I know most of my buddies are students and skint as anything... If you can just chuck in a couple of quid it makes the world of difference. Just think of it as buying a pint for someone, but instead of getting em drunk it helps provide comfort in their last days.
