As you may know, our son Dexter has Duchenne muscular dystrophy. This is a progressive terminal condition.
Duchenne will leave boys having to use permanent wheelchair By the age of 12, and severe heath problems will follow in their teens with severe heart and lung conditions due to their weakening.
This condition currently affects 2500 boys in the uk, and currently there is no cure.
All we can do in this helpless situation as parents is give our children the best support.
We like to fundraise for Action Duchenne who are a fabulous charity committed to rising awareness and contribute towards crucial research in finding treatment and a cure for this illness.
On the 7th July Ben, along with my mum and two of or fab friends with be skydiving along with other members of the Duchenne community to raise money xxx
