Please help me to raise lots of money for Tourette’s Action. A lot of you may not know that our son suffers with Tourette Syndrome. This is an inherited, neurological condition, the key features are tics, involuntary and uncontrollable sounds and movements. His started at the age of 4 and have continued to evolve and worsen over the years despite us being told he will grow out of them. There is very little support for him and a referral from the GP to hospital has left us still waiting many months on with no support or advice just a wait. 

We recently found out about Tourette’s Action who are the leading support and research charity for people with Tourette Syndrome and their families. 

I will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to help raise money for Tourette’s Action which will help them to support families ensuring they receive the practical support and social acceptance they need to help them live their lives to the full.
