As most of my friends know, Ian was diagnosed this time last year with MS. As a result I have decided to join in with Kiss Goodbye to MS campaign. This involves giving up something that you are addicted to.

Very few of you have seen me without make up, I am completely addicted to it, even wearing it to go to the supermarket,  therefore figured this would be the best thing to give up for a day. I hope you won't be too scared when you see the result.
