I have decided to complete the Aspire Channel Swim (swimming the equivilent of the Channel, 22Miles) in 12weeks. Between September 10th and December 2nd i will be hoping to clock up the miles by swimming 2-3times a week. Aspire is a charity that works with people with spinal cord injury to create opportunity, choice and independence.
